Andrea Corr

Andrea Jane Corr MBE (born Andrea Jane Corr) is a singer-songwriter-musician and actress from Ireland. Corr together with Caroline Sharon and Jim, first made their appearance with the band as The Corrs' lead singer in 1990. Andrea Corr was born in Ireland and is a singer-songwriter actress, musician, and performer. She has been awarded an award called the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire award in 2005 and is best known for being an integral part of the Celtic rock and pop group The Corrs. She sings and plays several instruments for the group. Andrea was first introduced to acting at the age of 21 in. Since then, Andrea has developed into a gifted musician and stage actor. She voiced for The Warner Bros. 1998 animated film The Quest for Camelot. Six studio albums, two compilation albums, two live albums and one remix album to her credit Andrea is firmly established as a multi-faceted artist. In addition, Andrea has been awarded for her humanitarian work. Andrea is engaged to her boyfriend, a stockbroker and has two children. Andrea started learning to play the piano with a tinny. Gerry taught her how to play the piano. Andrea also plays the ukulele. She spent her teenage years polishing her music skills. She would sing with her brothers before eventually gaining the title as the singer in charge of the group. Andrea often performed in the school's musicals. She was a student at Dun Lughaidh Convent.
