Angela Evelyn Bassett (born April 15th 1960) is an American actor. in the television and film industry, she is known for her awards and nominations. Bassett was born in New York New York and raised by an aunt who lived in Winston-Salem North Carolina. Bassett and her sister, at the age of five old, made the move away from the city of their birth to St. Petersburg to live with the mother of their divorced father. Bassett was in high school when she saw the James Earl Jones staring John Steinbeck production Of Mice and Men and knew that her dream of being an actor had come true. Yale University New Haven Connecticut, where she received her bachelor's in African American and master's degrees (1983). Courtney B. Vance was also an actor at Yale. The couple got married in 1997. Qualification: B.A. degree in African-American studies in the year 1980. Masters in Fine Arts from Yale School of Drama School. Jordan Park Elementary School Disston Middle School (7th grade), Azalea Middle School (8th and 9th grades), Boca Ciega High School. Angela Bassett is currently working in one of the lead characters as Ramonda in the action-adventure movie i.e. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (2022).
